Since we stepped into the software world in 1999, we have witnessed both the rise of the industry and its chronic problems. When we founded ICOM Bilişim in 2008, we had only one motivation: to change the "temporary solution" mentality in the enterprise software world.
Projects left unfinished, systems that become impossible to maintain within a few years, structures that cannot adapt to changing needs... We aimed not just to write code, but to build living systems. We asked ourselves the same question in every project: "Can this structure work with the same robustness 10 years from now?"
Today, with over 25 years of individual experience and 18 years of corporate history, looking back: every project we delivered is still in active use. We have no unfinished work. We have built long-lasting partnerships with our clients — because once we start working, things work.
The experience and best practices accumulated during this process had to take a concrete form at some point. With the support of artificial intelligence technologies, we gathered all this knowledge under one roof: ICOSYS Enterprise Framework. Built on the reliability of Java, an infrastructure that allows us to produce fast and reliable solutions with the same quality standards, regardless of industry.
